What areas do you serve?
We serve customers across Southeast Missouri, Southern Illinois, Western Kentucky, and Tennessee. Custom processing is available by appointment — call 573-833-6281 to schedule.
How does custom processing work?
It's simple: drop off your livestock at our facility, fill out a cut instruction sheet telling us how you want everything cut and packaged, we process it in our state-inspected facility, and you pick it up when it's ready. Download our Custom Processing Form to get started.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and check are preferred for custom processing orders. We also accept credit and debit cards. Payment is due at pickup.
Do you offer delivery for processed orders?
Custom processing orders are pickup only at our facility (2470 Highway C, Jackson, MO). We'll call you when your order is ready. For retail products, we offer shipping and local delivery through our online shop.
How long can you store my processed meat?
We can hold your processed order for a limited time in our walk-in freezer. All cuts are individually labeled with your name and vacuum-packed for easy identification. We recommend picking up within 2 weeks of receiving our call.
Can you source livestock for me?
If you’d like us to source an animal for you, please place a bulk order through our online store.
Are the meats you process hormone-free?
The livestock we source from local farms is raised without synthetic hormones or antibiotics. If you bring in your own animal, the presence of hormones will depend on how it was raised. Either way, we process everything with the same care and attention to quality.
What animals do you process?
We process beef, pork, lamb, and deer. Beef and pork are available year-round. Deer processing is seasonal (during hunting season). We also process other animals (bison, elk, etc.) on a case-by-case basis. Call us at 573-833-6281 for availability and scheduling.
How much does custom processing cost?
Our standard custom processing rates:
- Beef: $1.25/lb (hanging weight)
- Pork: $1.00/lb (hanging weight)
- Lamb: $100 flat rate
- Deer: $150 flat rate
Prices include standard cuts, vacuum packing, and freezing. Specialty items (jerky, snack sticks, summer sausage) are priced separately. Call for a detailed quote.
