Bought a cured and smoked whole ham rear quarter. Oh man….it was a huge 18 lb. Hunk of heaven. You will have to call in and order one. It takes a week to cure and be smoked. Nothing better. Im telling ya.
Had 2 Pigs processed picked up my meat was missing the hams and bacon from one called them the next morning and they delivered them to me a hour away from their business great job on the cuts and customers service good honest people thanks.

This past weekend Camp Hope from Farmington Missouri ordered 800 brats from here and literally everyone has told me that they were the best brats they’ve ever had.
Summer Sausage best I have ever tasted. My father grew around this town and as a young boy they would get sausage. He is 91 now.
This is a fantastic store from which to purchase meats. The products they offer always taste great. As another reviewer said, the staff are fantastic. They are more willing to help. For example, as a native Pennsylvanian I was unfamiliar with some products they offered. The staff answered my questions about what that product was, and with a smile. Just a great experience.

Excellent butcher. I often get custom cut steaks there. I also live their andoullie style bratwurst which is nice and spicy, summer sausages and hard salami. They have even been able to do some customer cuts pork gor me.
Great place to buy meat. Good quality meat. Employees are friendly too. Wish there was one in Texas.
